Kristin Malfer

I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1991. My real estate career began working for an internet marketing company called New Home Search owned by New Homes Publishing. Promoted one year later within the company, I became a Marketing and Advertising Specialist for New Homes Magazine and stayed with the company until 1998 when it was sold.
My experience within new homes allowed me to meet and build relationships with several of the local developers, builders and realtors. During this time, I sat on several HBA (Home Builders Association) committees and stayed very involved within the industry. Upon leaving the magazine, I started Design Impressions, an interior design firm. I work with builders in new residential areas on their model homes and with their individual buyers from lot selection all the way to moving day. Dealing with the buyers first hand during each step of the process helped me attain a greater understanding for the details.

Brent Korf

I started my Real Estate career in 2007 after spending nearly 10 years in a sales and customer service driven career here in Overland Park. I pride myself on giving outstanding, personalized service and promise that I will work hard to help you sell your home and/or help you find the home of your dreams in the KC area. Although I grew up with a father who has been a builder and Real Estate investor for over 30 years, Real Estate wasn't always my career of choice. After graduating from Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS I began a career in the Hotel industry, first in Chicago then here in Overland Park, where I was able to refine my customer service skills.
Jami Howe - Realtor Associate/Office Manager

After twenty years in the marketing and advertising business, the last 15 of which were focused on new homes marketing, I made the decision to become a licensed Realtor in 2005. My accumulated depth of knowledge about the area real estate market has been a great asset to me in helping clients buy and sell homes.
My greatest joy in this business is working personally with my clients, many of whom are close friends, in finding a perfect home or helping make the selling of their home a smooth and painless process!

In my new capacity as Office Manager for Kristin Malfer & Associates I am focused on using every possible marketing effort to help our clients in buying and selling homes. I believe my marketing background is an asset to our team and I enjoy the variety of work I do - from designing ads and other marketing materials to updating websites and helping coordinate tours and open houses. 
 
The passion and integrity of the members of our team are what drew me to this position, and what keeps me looking forward to each day's challenges!
